A renowned Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years of experience, Mr. Jagadeesh Bhat has handled the finance division of various renowned companies such as Verisign, Aricent Technologies and more. He was associated for over seven years with Masterkey Holdings Private Limited, a leading investment banking company, which has closed over two hundred deals. He also works closely with many Southeast Asian companies and has been instrumental in the India market entry for various companies like: Thai Summit Group, Rakuten, JHY group and more.

RANJAN K SHENOY

An experienced Chartered Accountant and a level 3 CFA candidate, Mr. Ranjan has worked closely with more than 25 start-ups during his stint with Masterkey Holdings and has gained a deep understanding of the ecosystem. He also specializes in structuring ESOPs, FDI Investments, Capital Structuring, Due Diligence, Corporate Restructuring, and Tax Planning for investment and M&A deals. He’s also well-versed with various International practices such as IFRS, US GAAP, Transfer Pricing and International Taxation.

BHANU PRAKASH RAO

Mr. Bhanu Prakash has worked with various reputed companies in India and Vietnam and has handled the post-merger integration of many companies. He has hands on experience in dealing with the nuances of integrating diverse work-cultures of organisations.
Being a Chartered Accountant with years of experience, he also specializes in Audits, GST and IFRS.

Mr. Poonacha is a seasoned Chartered Accountant and has worked with various start-ups in his stint with Masterkey Holdings. He specializes in Due Diligence, International Taxation and Valuation. He also works closely with many early-stage start-ups as an advisor for their finance team and helps in setting up internal controls in those organizations.
